Is your campus designed intentionally to help recruit and retain students, faculty and staff?The Performa Higher Education design team's mission is to create campuses and facilities that will support a community of learners. We work with you to understand the uniqueness of place relative to your institution. We use an inclusive and engaging process, making design more transparent while building community consensus and excitement. The exterior environment is a key component of campus design. Issues can include branding, initial experience, safety, environmental sustainability, and enhancing campus life for students, staff, and faculty. The welcome experience involves visual aesthetics of campus, providing opportunities to foster community, and to engender a feeling of safety and security. Campus site design brings a balance between pedestrian, vehicular, and service movements throughout campus.
