Performa Higher Education Client Warren Wilson College Receives LEED Gold Certification for its Village South Residence Hall

Warren Wilson College, the only college or university in North Carolina with a LEED Gold Certified Building, now has a second Gold building on its campus.

Performa Higher Education designed the Village South residence hall which is part of a two-building, 80-bed community that opened in August 2006. It is the first dormitory in the state to achieve LEED certification. Click here to learn more.

After announcing plans to relocate its campus last October, Atlanta Christian College has selected Peachtree City and Newnan as final candidates for the college’s relocation.
